i know right!! i didn't even know someone else made a ristar as i don't go on the workshop very often, but it's very nice that two of them exist.

Huge fan of this game, so its been an exciting month for me with not just one but two Ristars on the workshop this month.

My thoughts, he could use more kill potential on some of his moves. Just messing with bots, I had to get them to 140 before I could kill with a sweetspot Fsmash. I would also like to be able to release the Up Special early for less height. At the moment its way too predictable. I can understand why you gave him those weaknesses. His speed and range are pretty insane. All in all, very fun character. Thank you for making this.

Up Air can be used for both, depending on percents!
At earlier percents, it's a great followup after DAttack, NAir or a DI-in FAir. At later percents, it follows up well after a DTilt and can KO quite well if you grab someone offstage with it.
Regardless of percent, you can combo after it well with moves like FAir or Stretch Grab, or NAir at earlier percents!

Nice, its also cool to see a reference to vectorman. This is my last question of the day but what's the best use for up air, I'm having trouble using it in combos. Should it be a combo starter or ender and what are some examples of stuff you can do

I don't remember their names exactly off the top of my head, but;
The red one is based off of the boss you fight in Automoton
blue is based off of Kaiser Greedy, the final boss (I was considering giving him yellow eyes to match, but decided against it)
green' is based on the big sage guy from Flora, with the beard, that guy
white one is based on those little punchy rabbit enemies that pop out of the bushes
The purple's based on the friend you make in Freon, the fellow that throws snowballs
abyss and gameboy ones, as uniform
I forget what world it's in, but the pink one is based on an enemy that throws stuff out of a bag at you. I think they're in Sonata?
the cyan one is based off of one of the many Freon fish enemies
The black, bronze and orange ones are just nice colors i made up. they look very snazzy.
and the lime green one is based off of Vectorman, another sega IP! this alt even has a cool easter egg that's special to it.

i think it's like "Wrist", like the part of your hand. Wrist-ar. but i don't know if that's 100% confirmed

i kinda omitted that on purpose because i felt like his horizontal recovery was already good enough, and also because i'm a baby workshop creator who doesn't quite know how to do that at this time without things going horrible but i'm glad you like it :)

also when I say grabbing terrain I mean pulling yourself towards it to bounce off of like the game, but it still wouldn't give much height to keep his recovery predictable

also wish some moves like dair and bair had more knockback

if I had to suggest anything I think it would be cool if you also could grab terrain with neutral special and maybe give up special a hitbox after you start going up but not when you're swinging
