@Bertone Pickster (Concept): I don't list them because I personally don't prefer SCars. The controls are slippery, the sounds are dull and the same, the models are low quality, and so on. I don't care if you use them on my tracks, but I just don't know how it will handle.

@PLAY, LOAD, CRASH, REPEAT: You need to click on the Block tool "Grey box on left". Then go to the middle right and find a bar that gives you options with an arrow box. Then select the arch tool.

@|QIG| MR. Trackmania: You need to use the arch tool, it's on the right with a bar. It says "block". There is an arrow and you drop down the selctions.

Also, how can you make tracks like this in the Hammer Editor? All I can make is square, perspecular blocks instead of curves.
