Uses half-life 2 Ep2 content, so without it installed, then yes, you will see missing trxtures and errors.

good map but DO NOT TRY TO USE THE TREES AS COVER AGAINST COMBINE they can shoot through and it doesn't work

Not sure then, there is no custom content otherwise, aside from ep2 textures/models.
Guess just make sure you mounted it properly or try redownloading again.

The only thing I'd suggest is increasing the fog around the map so the lift pillars disappear into the distance.
