Oh!!! Now it worked! You're right I haven't seen the build time, although... I'm pretty sure sure it didn't do anything previous times I've tried. I let you know any weird interaction, but as for the late game, it is now working fine for me. Not sure if I just haven't noticed it or something weird happened.

Have you waited the amount of time it takes to build the medikits? The better ones take some time till they are finished

That is a possibility. You should have both kind of medikits in engineering available and from there be able to build each of them separately and can allready see there if it increases the amount

Hum, not sure what happened. For me, the upgraded medikits do show up to purchase, but they are never added to the inventory. The supplies are wasted and nothing happens.
I'm using K' Medical Supplies x2, at glimpse, do you think it might be the issue?

err. looks like you are using the same mod id like Des Iras "SO Bridge: ABA Missions"--> MyXCOM2Mod. Modmanager says duplicate id
