I can confirm that this mod prevents from recruiting heroes by setting their limit to 0

This mod is preventing hero recruitment. Tested with Vampire Counts, and no other mods. The maximum necromancer limit does not increase with any of the builds that are supposed to increase the limit.

Interesting mod, thank you.
Minor suggestion, for players to more easily find this mod in the steam workshop search consider renaming it to "No March Stance" since that is the commonly known name in the english version.
