I'd not want to host the whole game myself. Its quite trivial to load them into whatever board you wanna use them with.

plopped an existing glow effect on top of the model then attached it.

Go into the game you want to add them. Click "Games" at the top, find my mod and click the three dot icon then "Search" drag the "Search Load Me" bag to your game.

https://www.dicefromhell.de/how-to-scan-a-tabletop-miniature-part-1 This is the process I started with, I use Reality Capture for the 1st step and some different hardware (I use my phone for instance) @Hethalos the base came from there but I modified it merging it into one piece.
