@MrTobyVee you can, extract the vpk, go to materials folder convert vtf to tga (or png) with VTFEdit, then open the TGA (png?) textures into any image editor such Krita/Photoshop. paint stuff and repack everything back

It would be better if they put animation on the tail, it looks bad if it stays that way, if it were like Taomon's skin with that animation on the tail, it would be good
