most of the synths like this one the synth infantry and the various others i don't have a spare hour to mention were cut becuase valve wanted to present the combine ( the true combine not the transhumans ) as an elusive and reclusive enemy

@birb it was cut becouse of the height but like F1R3 said its not a strider becoue when you were expost to encounter it in the cideal it was too tall for it so they replaced it with the elite combine soilder
