Found the old file for this on an old HDD, as the game refused to serve me back the cjc file I uploaded so long ago
Saved it as the new json file, and updated the URLs

After Subscribing, (Re)Launch the game.
Create a New Game, and click Workshop Content
It'll appear in that list.

Otherwise, use the Custom Model spawn tool, and browse the Repository linked in the description for both obj and jpg URLs
