Comparing to the Baron, the barbarian might be Way overtweaked, though this might just have been a low resource scenario. but they get a bunch of free armys, and they had still a ton of their herb summons even though they started in the middle of a desert.

Made another change, more cost, more ap, town/city got a shaman, see changelog, probs won't make anymore changes like this as I'm focusing on making new content.

But would say, that if making city costs, maybe add a herb cost as well and add a caster to the group.
And probably just make it cost more movement points to make it less spammable

I split up the ritual into a small settlement and larger settlement one, so using the larger settlement ritual will spawn more but cost more.

Also All summons are influenced by astrology which is another pain in the ass to balance summon dice with. Astrology can be bad or great for summons meaning for summons with a large number of random summon dice the result can skew to the minimum to beyond the maximum.

Well someone asked for it to scale with larger settlements which I did but that made it a bit difficult to balance, I might need to just split it into a hamlet/village sized ritual and a town/city one with appropriately sized spawns and cost.

Just Noting, the barbarians Incite marauders ability is EXTREMELY strong. and tramples even wilder mobs, Just asking but are they stronger in wilder?

Someone finally said it. I have nothing against the Amazons, but it felt like the Amazons were meant to replace the Barbarians, not support them. Ancestor summons are expensive and it's more cost efficient to use resources to make an army of painted Amazons than summon a handful of Ancestors.

Hey Juz thank you for doing this. I must point out a spelling mistake. Incite Marauders instead of Insight Marauders.
