I fucking love this mod.

Just a quick announcement here, once the new CK is uploaded by Bethesda, I promise I will begin converting my mods to the new game. All indicators say it'll be an easy task because most all my mods don't mess with meshes or anything like that. Bear in mind though I am 7 months pregnant and in full time college, so my time is kinda limited, but I promise this is my main goal.

To get the Stormcloak Helmet (The Real ONe) Is really EASY. Just go to war and let one of the ones with the helmet die and loot it off of them!

@DmitriyAgra: Honest truth? I had no idea myself till I went to youtube. There are a lot of step by step guides there that will help you do just about anything. It helped me out a LOT. And of course, Google is a great source as well for the finer things like render window controls and such.

I could translate english text into russian, but I have no idea how to use Creation Kit

@seige_ii: Thank you! I do too cuz you go through all that trouble to make your character look a certain way, and then you cover it up with a damn helmet. It's why I always make my helms invisible in WoW.

@0perator 88: Also, I have a mod that lets you make all the guard armor and shields for the various holds, including the Windhelm helmet and shield. Again, leather quality. Feel free to check it out if you want.

@0perator 88: It is indeed. In fact, it is labelled in the data files as Stormcloak Armor, so no need *wink*

I just thougt of something. isn't the vanilla stormcloak armor same as the guard armor? maybe the guard armor should be buffed alongside it?

@0perator 88: *points to first comment this evening* The base stat increase, if you look on the wiki, is barely anything. It's your skills in light or heavy armor that make it look like it's OP, but even then it doesn't. You can get enough leather to make leather armor from the stuff you kill on your way to Riverwood. And your first smithing perk is for steel armor. Really, you're only getting the quality literally 10 mins sooner. No joke.

And if you don't like it just leave the gold there. XD I think the stat increase is good.

@0perator 88: Exactly, You can stay on the Stormcloak side and take the one chest, 10k, or go through to the Imperial side and go through that too. Really I just did it to give people more options.

10k is a nice simple number. but in both chests it becomes 20k. which is good. :)

@0perator 88: Thank you!!! Someone who gets it!! Plus, You were travelling with a Jarl, who probably has coffers as big as Breezehome chock full, not to mention what he took from Imperials. For all we know that was his collected take, plus you had to be travelling with some gold as well. It's really not too far fetched that there wasa decent amount of money. I based my amount on getting Breezehome, upgrading it, and leveling your skills a little, that was it.

Seriously. Makeing the leather armor as strong as leather and steel armor as strong as steel being godlike? seriously?
as for 20k gold starting off that's a mere pitance when trying to get a good house. Vanilla skyrim gives you shit for gold and loot.

@{-][Sevchenko][-}: actually I did NOT add any god like gear, all I did was make the leather gear as strong as leather, and ya know what? it's literally only 3 points difference in armor. I just did it cuz I hated the hide and leather armor. As for the money, I did it because...well....I was sick of never having any, and quite frankly, if you don't like it, don't take it.

is there a mod where it fixes stormcloak armor making you look fat?

this is cool and all, but you kinda ruined it, its fine that you made the armors better and all, but by adding a potential 20k gold and god like gear for THAT early ingame, you have pretty much just made yet ANOTHER cheap mod for lazy f*ckrs who don't wanna play the game the ''proper'' way, ir kinda ruins the immersion and roleplaying aspect to be THAT powerfull right away...

F2P is the only reason I tried it out. Why should I buy a game just to have to pay them 15 bucks a month to play the game I just bought? I personally don't get the community experience and I personally do not find the combat the least bit enjoyable. and when i log in to see random monsters standing in one spot waiting for someone to pass, there's just no immersion. Runescape sad to say is the only game that made it's world map feel like an actual world.

sentinels sounds about right. lvl 84 it should be. And not likely. I might try a month of the updated graphics but the game doesn't interest me enough to invest time into it. if I go back into an mmo it's runescape where I have years of time invested or old republic for the interactive story.

@0perator 88: Only one I see that may fit the bill is on the sentinels server, which is actually partnered with Kirin Tor now, so if you ever wanted to come back, I have my Night Elf druid Kerryna ^_^

I was Bluthor, the Draeni Paladin. dont remember my server that was like a year ago.

@0perator 88: All I really play on Horde is the blood elf. Look up Xirena on Kirin Tor in the armory if you wanna see my main.

I always went into RP servers but rarely saw people speaking in character. and Ya I just couldn't get into the Horde. I palyed WC1 then WC2, then WC3 and it wasnt until 3 that i ever liked the orcs. ever since my DnD days i've loved killing orcs.
there are more races on alliance that I like playing over horde any day. if I did horde I'd play blood-elf. :P

Anyway, I need to find time to play skyrim. I was currently qworking through blacklist's story which im surprised how amazingly good it is. im 70/100 in torchlight and one day I need to play the bioshocks.

@0perator 88: you're gonna get that in any MMO. The trick is to find a good guild that you mesh well with. My husband and I are on Kirin Tor and we actually made our own guild with friends. We are Horde there, though we do have a couple Alliance in our friend's guild. It's an RP server too so no chance of assholes having a gank train on ya.

I did enjoy my draeni paladin and riding around on my flying cat mount. but i played with one person and when i did interact with people they were elitist snobs. I've never gotten that "community" feel in an MMO. So I dont mind singleplayer games like skyrim.
Runescape is the only MMO to actually have a world map that feels like a world and not multiple zones of different levels.
and runescape and old republic you actually feel like a hero getting stuff done where as wow and FF14 you feel like an errand boy who has no voice.

but that said I thought my Draeni Paladin with transmogged gear was cool. :)

Never got into wow or any MMO (besides runescape when I was in middle school/highschool)
the combat was always so dull. :P for most people they say that about hack and slash. I think hack and slash is more involved.
Ya the real issue is since I bult my new computer i stopped playing bioshock infinite and i had also stopped playing bioshock when i lost my files after i had my laptop fixed.
I have too many games that need to be played.

there is a stormcloak helm close to rorikstead where a troll is two helms has dirt path close to the bridge just follow the rivers current and you can find two on two dead stormcloaks

@Animegirl102: Thanks! ^_^ Honest truth, reason I didn't do that is because of the companions quest lineand the armor you get from there. Look up my companions mod and you'll seee what I did to their armor. It was my way of making them work together.

well yeah i see your point now, i just liked if the imperial heavy armor would be maybe just a couple points above steel quality, not too high, maybe like 1-3 points higher. im just a bit picky but still this is a great mod and i would give you five stars if i was like 900 people on here :P
