Does it do this when it's the only mod enabled? Or only when you enable it with other mods?
Raven 9 OCT 2015 a las 14:31
the civ doesn't appear in the dropdown list at all but the mod says its installed, both manual and subscribed versions do this for me

It will overwrite them, yes. I'm not sure what the issue could be. You say it appears as a mod in your list (and is enabled), but you can't select the civ?
Raven 9 OCT 2015 a las 11:58
I've done manual already and im alittle nervous to let my mods redownload as i've done personal edits to some of them and i'm unsure if they'll be overridden

@Raven Quill, Also, there's a manual download link in the description.

@Raven Quill, as I said to another person a while back, "That's a bug with Civ5 mods in general. The most reliable way to fix it is to exit the game and delete your civ5modsdatabase.db file in your My Documents/My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization 5/cache folder and let all your mods redownload."

I've tried both subscribing and manually downloading but the modded Civ does not appear in my civilization list, it shows that it's downloaded but otherwise does not work for me.

Does this civ have a rough-terrain start bias? Because both times that I've played as this civ, I've been next to Forests, Jungles, and Hills, which makes development hard in the early game.

@Spectrum: Done! Check the description.

Is it possible that you provide an external link for the download of mod? I can't download this mod through the subscribe button. I have tried many ways, but I still have that problem.

New version is up! Fixed the missing reference to a music set, so the civ should play some music now (Currently it's set to use Brazil's music set). I also made the civ compatible with the Pony Units mod, and nerfed the UB, removing the flat tourism bonus.

I'm having an issue in where I can't see this in my mod list. Any ideas on how one goes about fixing this?

Ranstone, Me too ha
Butterfly  [autor] 21 JUN 2014 a las 13:18
@Thrillington: No custom music, no. But I do suspect that I may have needed to include code to point to pre-existing music, which I neglected to do. It's one of the things I'm going to be fixing when I get around to working on the next version.
Thrillington 21 JUN 2014 a las 12:28
No music?

@sponge: My mod appears to do the same thing. It seems to stem from an issue with the .dds art files the mods use.
spongecaik 15 JUN 2014 a las 17:47
the integrity is good idk ill try re installing both files
spongecaik 15 JUN 2014 a las 6:47
aye aye, Ill check the integrity didnt even think of that
Butterfly  [autor] 15 JUN 2014 a las 0:57
@spongecaik: Did you try verifying integrity of game files too? I just did my own test to double check and it worked just fine. Scroll bar intact, only the mod activated.
spongecaik 14 JUN 2014 a las 20:56
yes, I did, it is most definately this mod :(
Butterfly  [autor] 14 JUN 2014 a las 10:19
@spongecaik: I've never seen that in my testing. Did you try disabling all other mods except this one to see if it works without other mods? Then enable mods one by one until you find the one that's causing the conflict.

And if it still doesn't work after disabling all other mods, try verifying integrity of game files.
spongecaik 13 JUN 2014 a las 21:16
Ive been encountering a problem, when I go to select my character there is no scrollbar hence I can not select any nation that is not the first few, it seems to only happen with this mod so far, please can anyone give assistance?
Ouker 13 JUN 2014 a las 15:40
Another thing you might look into ; It seems the lack of peace theme makes whatever music other civs play when talking to them linger. Before that, it's the Main Menu theme. Pretty sure that shouldn't be happening.
Ouker 13 JUN 2014 a las 15:23
I heartily suggest you consider making some more pony civs. It's great to see some original stuff from a civ, even more so on a pony civ! And gratz on the frontpage.
Butterfly  [autor] 13 JUN 2014 a las 9:12
Whoah first page what? That's unexpected! I didn't think this would do that well.
Twigs 13 JUN 2014 a las 7:53
At first, I thought this was just a regular mod, like a Great Wonder or something. I was surprised that a pony mod actually made it to the first page of mods. Michigan brohoof, Tyrannis.
Silverfishv9 12 JUN 2014 a las 3:36
Neat.
Butterfly  [autor] 11 JUN 2014 a las 19:57
You should search the workshop, there's plenty of other pony civs out there, made by much more talented mod authors than I am.
ArtPatron25 11 JUN 2014 a las 19:22
any more pony civs? may i make a request?
