If your changes effect any of the original Friendly Territory files it's best to just unsub and run it from your mod folder so you don't get conflicts.
If all you did you was add .ext files for new artifacts and want to keeping running this mod from Steam then all you have to do is keep nothing but those new .ext files within their (Gladius\Mods\FriendlyTerritory\Data\World\Units\Neutral\Artefacts\) folder. Then you'll see two "Friendly Territory" mods in your game menu. One would be the steam version and the other this mod of the mod.

Additional artifacts will need to be moded. Its really easy. I'll post a quick guide.
And on another note does this effect mods that add in additional artefact types, more specifically the "More Artefact Types" mod? If not, you should make it compatible with it.
