This map is designed for ttt, but also works well with Murder. It could potentially be used for almost any gamemode.

there are about 20 different places you can spawn at. My best guess is that: An addon you have is doing that, you are stuck in a prop when you spawn, or you need to redownload the map. I haven't had any problems you are describing.
