i havent played in a while so i might be wrong, but i THINK it doesnt work with walking witches. if it wasnt a walking witch then im not sure what the problem could be. a conflict with another mod, maybe? sorry i cant help much.

Do you have to type something in the console to enable the music when approaching her? I can't get it to play on approaching her only by attacking.
