Plop on flat ground. The Beautify layer will plop anywhere, but the court layer needs a flat base to display cleanly. Looks great once plopped.

@Chris6d : Oh I just double checked in-game. They should be roads from BIG Urban Roads collection. A pretty nice replacement for Network Extension 2 (because of the 4 lane narrow roads)

And for the yellow crosswalks, they're done using Intersection Marking Tool.
