moxxie is good but personally id say he's too fast. maybe you could slow it down a bit but not too much?

Currently, forgive me if I'm wrong, but I do not think there is a way to change or reskin actual DST characters. Doing so would likely be very hard or impossible due to the fact that the characters are in the base game itself rather then any workshop addition. I don't remember where I saw it, but I think Klei said modifying things like skins or base game assets like characters is a biiig no. So I'm not sure if it's possible.
