Place the addon "../left4dead2/addons/workshop/1707101612.vpk" to the folder "addons", right there: "../left4dead2/addons" and you'll see the bots' names. Don't forget to re-enable the addon in the Add-ONs menu.

when i try to install spray and put in materials i dont see the files for noa1mbot crive and stuff and if i open it i dont see them either anny fix?
