Hey so one issue is that a metal piece on his back on the torso is not attached correctly, causing it to float off his body when bending bones. I think it's stuck to the one just above the pelvis bone.

Pain in the ass to setup the ripping tools
If you can find it you can go to the Halo Archive discord and there will probably be people willing to show you how to setup the tools and such.

after ripping with HIMU you need to convert the rendermodels to fbxes using HIME

i ripped it with two python scripts, it was manually rigged & everything. Also had to make an infinite shader for the textures, took awhile but i'd say it turned out good!

the pelican is like 1 million polygons lol
