Taras_F97 your mods are underrated

It's weird. Unless I'm messing something up, this doesn't work with a mod like Thanez Hands for Default Weapons but I swear I had it work before. I don't stay subscribed to mods, though. I generally sub to a mod, take the mod files out of the steam workshop folder, put it into my custom folder, then unsub. But even after adding the vpk for that mod in my custom folder, then two vpks from this mod (the required files vpk and the texture of my choice vpk) I get the arms from the other mod, but I DON'T get the animated hand pads from this one.

Is there something I'm missing?

@Non-Employee if it's exactly the same arms model and same textures directory - then yes, it should work on it well.

I'm honestly not sure about this, but I would THINK this could work with other mods that use the Thanez arms. (ie Thanez arms with vanilla/MTB animations) Am I wrong? I'm still learning the limitations of modding this game.

@Vidgamenut pretty simple, just download the mod via GGNETWORK SteamDownloader, or from GameBanana website, and unpack with WinRAR, i don't understand what's the difficulty here.

Is there a version that only shows the vitals and not the HEV logo?

@nathanfish1998 that's how Thanez's arms are built - arms texture has only one orange H.E.V. panel/plate for both of the wrists, so it gets mirrored for the right wrist, to change that you'd have to remodel arms and draw new diffuse and normal maps.

i'm not the only one who noticed the HEV logo on the right hand is flipped right?
