Why not? Other sounds work for some reason, Why not ear ringing being removed? Sound replacer addons were tested and worked, Just none for this.

I would love if this worked anywhere in any server, Even if it's not yours/the server doesn't have it. There's already replacements that do work in multiplayer, Like footsteps and gunshots.

this isn't related to the mod or anything, but did anyone also have this? i was playing with my friend and a explosion happend near me and i became like deaf even when i died, weird
