What the name of hair mod?

It works, kinda. When you first install it works perfectly. After a restart if you will try to load a save it will be now working and full of errors. Game just can't load female player model. To fix that you need to disable the mod, restart the game and enable it. You can always check if the problem is on just by clicking on starting a new game and choosing female player. It would be fantatic If that will be fixed.
And I think yes - you can add that to existing save. It is just a retexture mod, so there shouldn't be any problems
