The pulse rifle from half life 2 and the pulse rifle and pulse smg/pistol from half life alyx are very different and the ordinal pulse rifle is missing the weird shape of the ar2 mag, there is a reason the half life alyx pulse rifle, or vririfle, got the name ar1 because it's not the same

this shit deleted the model for the ar2 in my game

because i personally prefer the Half-Life 2 AR2, the thumbnail is just insulting.

its a great ar2 replacement, sadly, no c_hands. but since the hands are basically hidden (atleast for my fov) its hard to notice unless you are looking in the context menu 8/10, just needs c_hands,

well i tried using that c_hand version for the replacement but that just resulted in the hands going off into space if you hold mouse1 for more than 1 shot or if you use the altfire.

Kenni, if you're reading this. There's a C_Hand rigged version of the rifle's viewmodel in this addon.

If you can't create C_Hands yourself, you could ask the creator of this addon for permission to use the viewmodel.

The mod isn't THAT bad, sure, the C_Hands problem could be fixed, but I think the skin itself is solid.

There is no c_hands

Okay so it was working for the past few weeks and then suddenly the worldmodel (eg. The Combine holding the gun) stopped working. Although the viewmodel is okay. The worldmodel returned to the standard AR2

I don't know if it's just me but all addons I have that replace HL2 weapons have the HL2 Models but then just have sounds (including this one)

I think it would be cool to make an addon that replaces the model, sounds and material of the SMG from HL2 with the SMG of the grunt from HL:A. I know you are not the original creator of this mod, but perhaps you can do something. Thanks in advance.

could you make another variant to where it replaces the normal smg to the pulse smg?
the hand placements on the smg might be a little messed up so i'd understand if it isnt possible.

I dont have any addons replacing or editing the AR2 in any way, and yet this addon still does not work all the way, it only replaces the sounds.
