Observations:
(1) Horizontal diving suit lockers are auto-filling with high-end combat diving suits and abyss diving suits. If this is intended for high-difficulty campaigns, fine, but otherwise may want to manually place regular ones.
(2) 21 (!) diving suit lockers seems pretty excessive -- especially that 5-suit horizontal locker in the command area. Seems like a less-than-optimal use of that space.
(3) Was it intended to give the reactor twice the output (20000) while leaving fuel consumption the same (0.2)?
