Should just need to download that file/s and use 7zip or such to open and add to the correct location in Steam instillation. If its done correctly it pops up in your regular mod list when in game.

Need to accept the terms a conditions of that mod database then select Filebase up top if it doesn't redirect after you click. On the page that opens up after have to scroll down to bottom for the file. That then needs to be added to your Steam userdata mods location for TpF2. Just used the link myself to get to it no problem so its still valid. That site is the main one used by modders in Germany for TpF and usually is the one with the cool bridges/mod fixes etc.

It is in German so just translate if you need to. There is a link to the needed original mod on that page, you will need both. The mod to mod goes into the list AFTER the original mod. It is a nice looking mod but hopefully with the more updated modding features we have now someone will make an improved / newer version some day.
