I recommend this mod order:

1. SE Asset Repackage
2. Portrait Trigger Package
3. SE Restyled

Easiest install is go to SE Reclothed and subscribe with its required items.

The clothing divisions are for governments Democracy, Oligarchy, Dictatorship, Imperial, Corporate, and Hive Mind.
There are extra subdivisions for ethics including Megachurch, Theocracy, Fanatic Purifiers, Despoilers / Warrior Culture, Imperial Cult, or Technocracy.
And 4 subdivisions for Hiveminds that I'll nickname "wires", "leeches", "bald", and "spikes".
Lastly, extra NPC-only divisions include Fallen Empire, Primitive.

You have access to all clothing for leader creation, but Pops in-game will get appearance from the above 18 divisions.

10/10 mod! I appreciate Droid's effort to maintain this vast mod! I can only imagine how complicated it is to get this working right for us to enjoy.

No, this is designed to not need changing ever. Just assets.
