First off I want to say thanks for all the work you do. Even though I don't care for the new look, I appreciate the effort nonetheless. Could you please create a workshop page for the version of the UI prior to the latest update? Or perhaps a fileshare link?

Yes, the panels is more in line with dei and will stay compatible with all expansions this way and introduce less "UI bugs", and I'm bloody tiered of working against what the game was designed to be. The font is white the frames are dark. Unless someone figure out a way to change font colors it have to be kinda dark. The frames and buttons are inspired by Total war Pharaoh and Troy. However coloring of buttons Is something I'm not sure about and for those that really like the old one Summary have it available on his workshop

please reverse this UI change it is a total desaster

I'm experiencing the same thing as KillingBean. The UI now looks quite basic. Is this the new UI you were going for? Personally, I prefer the UI before the update.

i have a bug while playing Rom. All my Ui is now very Dark red almost Black. Befor the update everything was normal.

You are welcome, it should now work for all DEI campaigns, including ROTR

Just the mod i was looking for. Makes the game menus and overall gameplay sharp. love the buttons and colors. amazing work

i experience the same crash of @Mickey when starting a rotr campaign as Rome, it crash directly to desktop, please @Summary, fix

@Andreas Mithr. Updated the mod to have the same black fog of war.

For the love of the Gods. Do not change the black fog it shows when you go to tactical map. I love how the other faction appear in black fog and not standard white. So much more better.

I saw in the mod culturalUI and better abilities icons the fog it is no longer black but standard white. So i had to change back to this.

Amazing job! Really like it. Only downside i will say is the background in main menu, i would prefer the Dei one. I meant the picture, not the symbols.

Best looking and Practical UI mod for DEI (easy to read Icons/Text)
Hopefully crashes with additions such as Region trading get fixed tho

Not a huge fan of the oppidum and what I guess is yggdrasil for the celtic and germanic faction windows tbh. Looks kinda cluttered and I think just having a fully plain wood background would look better.

Great work! Realy like the mod :) Could you make it compatible with timbe trade regions?

Just a reminder that the DEI Phalanx icon and the General "star" one doesn't have the same golden/yellow tint as the other ones. I know this is really minor and niche but I just wanted to mention it. :D

Another thing I would like to say here is that icon of public order doesnt fit with the rest.

I reverted back to the vanilla icons.
I'll be adding the new icons to a submod

I agree with Meesaal, the cartoony icons really take away from the otherwise "realistic" and "aesthetically authentic" look of the UI.

Why does this mod keep causing Rise of the republic to crash?

I really dont like these new icons.

I will start with the bad thing: I don't like the new main menu icons due to the low resolution, I'm playing in 2k and they look awful, also the custom battle one has a darker smaller box inside the circle.
For the rest, the update was awesome man, game looks insane with this new UI!

I understood immediately this was something people would be torn about but for now they will stay and we will see whether people like it or not, personally I like having the UI in color but it takes some time to get used to and once you do its usually better and easier to recognize things

On the contrary - love the rome 1 icons.

@Shady I was wondering why the icons are now rome 1. I really dislike them and think they look ugly. Can you please maybe release a version without the rome 1 icons?

Huge white rectangle at the centre. Load order is at the top following with DEI 1, 2, 3.

@Sultan_thotmes_han I'm not sure I understand, but It sounds like a load order problem, i've put a picture in description for how the load order should be with sub mods on top and DEI at the bottom of the list

Hi i have a some problem. I used this mod and load a lot of colour but dont work full option

@GoingGreen I'm unable to replicate the problem here, sounds like it is trying to load the default dei ui's. might be a load order problem or a mod conflict. However I did notice they had the eastern skin assigned, should now have the Nomad variant.

love your mod lads, i loaded up roxolani and there's a white box around the centre emblem icon of the UI bottom middle of the screen when on campaign map, any idea if this has happened with someone else? had to disable the mod for now

Added a fix for the intrigues and name, gonna take a closer look at the edicts when I have more time, you should be able to at least click it for now, but I can see half the button his going beneath the panel there
