Great to see this building a a signature in Cities Skylines 2 in the east coast US DLC.

This is outstanding. Really helps fill in my art deco downtown nicely. If you do make a version shaped more like the historical design, please consider making a version with the top chopped off like the extant 30-story building too. The Metlife Tower on the workshop looks so lonely without it.

Because they're landmarks, and you can use RICO to add residents and jobs. Growable is more appropriate for smaller buildings that will appear all over your city.

beautiful. I used to live a couple blocks from the real thing. truly a shame its a stump of what it couldve been.

Wow, I never expected to see this unbuilt gem! I gotta ask though, can you make the Lincoln Bank Tower in Fort Wayne Indiana?
