they spawn at a min difficulty of 38% and only when traveled 60% through the level. So they are quite rare and exclusive to the mid to late game.

The price is set per location through a simple multiplier, I cant really do anything if there is any other form of price modification. I think you may have just got unlucky.

Some NPC told me that i can sell coffee at Research stations for Profit, but all stations sell it for 31~ mk(depending on the rep bonus) but the science Station only buys it for 4 mk is there something that im missing ?
