There is a mod which has both argies and brits, it does not have vehicles though.

Tiretracker,I done couple of other projects for this mod but decided not to include them (for example FGR-2 which requires HAFM) as it would be too much for one single faction config.Just give it a shot,maybe you like it. (you probably will)
