Im honestly not sure what the issue is, for most people it runs fine, but then for some, it crashes the game and I can quite figure out what is causing it

Sky I have an international fleet, but each of the polish locomotives what I have takes me to crash the game. How it can be solved? Other locos didn't do it by the way. Except the one which made by Alex_by

This mod crashes the game whenever I try to spawn the loco by buying it or replacing existing vehicle. Still happens on a clean save with this no other mods enabled.
