In other words, this would be the ideal counter piece to balance out an otherwise hyphy set of skins. Considering this, why work harder than you need to? Which is why I'd still like to see it in the game, although in terms of "flashiness", it might actually be better suited as a Classified skin, regardless of what I have just said. [1/2]
TL; DR: Usable skin that, standing alone, is drowned out by other Covert options already in-game, but mixed with some other already overcolored skins, might balance out everything just nicely. [2/2]
