Config support is not needed because this goes on-top of the Pog Mod. You can change settings in the Pog Mod and it will change settings for this mod too.

qual 0 - Ugh
qual 1 - Not Mad, Just Disappointed
qual 2 - Pog (quality 2 has a lot of actually good items)
qual 3 - LFG
qual 4 - Specialist
