Changes for peace conference ( that i wanted to see)
-- Add demilitarize the border states option (Both for offer and demand)
-- Remove option for annexation of occupated states, and change with annex claim/core states option (Both for offer and demand, can't be refused since with refuse of territory change, war looks very pointless)
-- Add puppet country option (Both for offer and demand)
-- Add country dissolution option (Both for offer and demand)
