If you're using a noclip mod that may prevent falling if it's bound to the same key. Either that or something is in the way.

The only major issue as of now is when you scale down, you can see giant legs and the rest of the body. I'm on the experimental branch.

@jetpack, you can change the damage in the settings.

As for the rest, I cannot replicate these issues. Are you on the experimental branche? Alternatively do you use any other mods that do things to the player?
