Thanks for the comments! I guess one persons Starter CV is another persons mid-game CV.?.? I usually have the resources to spawn this in on the first day of playing...maybe i should put a disclaimer or something. It is only a Core with no CPU upgrades...Maybe i should have left the shield off of it? Guess peps can always make it more starter friendly if they want.
