there's also option within projected lights to only light up 1 specific entity, but there's no reverse way to exclude entities like that. so far only way for you to do what you want may be to record/screenshot what you want with csm enabled and disabled, get also a black/white "mask" for that prop, and do it through post editing
Example: Set Origin, top left corner just tells you name of tool. The info below is missing and when you click models, doesn't even register.
The menu doesn't even appear anymore.
but yeah i guess now you could use the turn into effect option of turn into dynamic prop tool as those will get actually saved and they also more or less work without issues with ragdolls. i'll keep turning into dynamic prop as an option however, even though it's inferior
only one that isn't affected by it is the scout model
