you dont give me information about the problem you have with the mod.
If the mod not work for you dont it dont mean it not support current game version ...
It is more easy and save your and mine time ...
if you just give a information about the problem your have with the mod, errors messages of the log file or console.
Now i can go check and fix :)

Isn't it possible in a future update to put the duration time in an editable file like a .iis or .mat file so we can change it to whatever we want? I'd like to set it to just 3 seconds 😁

you easy can do that alone :)
look MODDING SECTION
download the Animated_Plates_custom
you can remove "vehicle" and "UV textture" folders
in "def" folder add your wish truck :)

in that file is:
def\vehicle\truck\renault.t\
you only need to rename the folder "renault.t" to your wish truck
then open all .sii files and change "xxx.renault.t.xxx" to your wish truck

that plate look to move back .. and i guess it is attach on driver plate slot not on glass

i check all kind of DAF cab in preview andf when i buy it in game .
i dont have such a problem in my game ...
idk maybe your resolution or other mod
but somethng is wrogng for you and i cant remake it for me to can fix it -.-

The name of the track is "DAF XG" and it is used in "Windshield sets".

To use it goto Accessories -> Windshield sets -> Jewel + Animated Plate Slots
you will see two extra attaching spots on bottom left and right side for the plates.

i see some work around for that issue with moving plates
with confirm it work on glass set from @kulachko-igor :)

i dont like it much, :)
because in some way you need to add the plates from glass set
not from attaching spot where they usually are set
(maybe you will need and Cabin Accessories DLC for that)

my plans for now are :)
1. will rework the 3d model and animation to work for the glass set
it mean ...
- face and back textures for plates
(you will can edit both sides)
- add new glass set, :)
and add + 2 new slots for driver and co-drive
- animated all :)
2. do it for all trucks whahahahhaahh

Good day! Or you can place the panel and attach it to the glass under the slots with glowing car logos. Maybe then the problem will be solved? The panel will move with the glass !?

when you moving animation is not stable .. will need to think how to fix it if it is posible :)

The mod is insanely good! But there is a drawback, the panel is not registered to the glass, but is registered to the torpedo during movement, jumps out of the glass. Can you fix it?
