if it doesn't work then you most likely have conflicting addons
But your worldmodel appears to be slightly broken
I'll tell Gary on you
Great to hear, and thanks!
It could be another addon that conflicts.
I just ran a test and the addon works independently.
Make sure you don't have any addons that have the c_pistol model in them.
Try reinstalling the addon when you launch Garry's Mod via the addons menu, that will reset addon priority. If it works, there's a conflict.
You can also try running the 'menu_cleanupgmas' command in console which will delete any leftover GMAs from uninstalled addons.
This is meant to be a replacement for the vanilla USP, therefore it uses vanilla animations.
MMod animations don't work in multiplayer unless the server itself has the models mounted, and what I had in mind when creating this was multiplayer, HL2RP to be exact.
There's an entire MMod replacement pack that has all the Juniez's models with MMod animations if you desperately want that.

Bare in mind, the USP in that pack does not have two-handed animations, and the only existing version is a v_model variant on gamebanana, which is not compatible with Garry's Mod unless you convert the v_model to a c_model.
