I think the hourglass doesn't work very well with this mod. If I steal the hourglass from the shop and use it to avoid spending a key, when I go back into the shop, the shopkeeper appears and counts it as if I stole it. In my opinion, it should act as if nothing was stolen, because otherwise, the item becomes useless.

I Belive that happens when you steal more than once in a single run, otherwise, I would be willing to think it's chache based.

Excellent mod. One thing I noticed is that beating Greed after stealing doesn't cause Tainted Lazarus to flip.

Great mod. and also I have a Crazy Idea that may not be reasonable but i thought I'd share it...

What if T. Keeper could take only one thing from a floor but from any purchasable item, and you get no other items or pickups for sale anywhere for the rest of the floor. You could have a custom boss based on what room it is... treasure room boss, planetarium boss, etc. This could even work similarly for TR Keeper? Just me and my crazy Ideas.

last update seems to have broken the mod, the range of picking up an item is huge and you cannot cancel it. meaning if you enter a shop you are forced to steal what ever is closest. please fix homie

The shopkeeper needs to be a LOT stronger imo. You should be struggling against him. Otherwise, it doesn't feel like much of a consequence. Plus it would be too abusable.

In fact, I'd probably do it like Hades, in which once in a blue moon, an item would be to the side that isn't for sale. And if you take that item then you have to fight the shopkeeper. It's a good idea imo but still needs work.
