For one thing that English version is not created by us. As of the Korean group, their content is like less than 10% of what we did.

Flat number. Hit chance - Evasion = final Evasion then take this value into the equation

we also overhauled the accuracy and evasion system in the NGC War and Diplomacy mod, this way it works better and is more balanced than the vanilla game
