@duckymcpogy the visual bug happens when the unit is walking, so just make sure they run everywhere lol. In all seriousness: it's a bug that only CA can fix, and the alternative is removing the eagle standard-bearer and replacing him with Pullo, which I don't want to do (the eagle is important both historically and in the context of the show).

is there a way to only disable pullo since he floats i would rather not have him lol

I know bro !, the thing is, ... when legionnaires look that good i rarely upgrade them to cohort legionnaires and the same goes to praetorians. I guess i like Marian legionnaires than the imperial ones after researching professional soldiers. No worries bro was just a suggestion, all good man.

Hey, Im doing a DeI legion mod for Rome and i would like to ask if i can integrate some assets from your mod into mine ( i just need Pullo and Vorenus Head files).

Hey! Good callout...never noticed this before, but after doing some digging and trying out a bunch of things, it seems like this is an existing bug. Typically each unit has an officer unit assigned to it with two individuals: an officer and a standard-bearer. For the mod, I created a custom officer unit that had the officer (Vorenus), a standard-bearer, and Pullo in an unused slot in the game files labeled "musician." Turns out that the musician slot is buggy (probably why it's never used) and the model floats when walking. Again, never noticed this before but this is a longstanding bug that is probably impossible to fix. So...make sure the unit runs everywhere lol.

I have a problem with the eagle cohort ,Pullo is floating whenever the cohort is walking but running seems fine

There is another HBO reskin mod around that adds the shields and tunics from the TV show. Maybe you could ask the mod maker for permission to use the shields in your mod and change the tunix colors to the brown/ sand color type we see in the show, it's the only thing missing from this mod imo :)

Hey all, just published a new update that makes this mod compatible with Benjin's AAA Romans mod. As your faction leaders gain experience, you'll see their appearance change on the battle and campaign maps.

@CutieOfCuteness I do remember that—and if I recall correctly, their segmentata armor is bronze instead of iron. I've been looking but haven't found a bronze segmentata retexture I really like, but if I do, I'll update the mod.

We do see the change to "Lorica Segementata" in Season 2.In the episode "Heroes of the Republic". They wear the same bronze helmet, Segmentata and trousers (Don't know if this applies to all legionaries though). It is when Vorenus returns to Rome with his children.

@portalnerd55 good point...maybe I need to create a unique "Cohors Prima - Legio XIII" unit with the Vorenus/Pullo officers and cap it at one per army, or something like that.

I really love seeing Pullo and Vorenus on the battlefield but I do have to admit it's pretty funny that no matter how much I try to only have one First Cohort per army whenever I fight another Roman faction they have multiple First Cohorts per army and now there's 4 or 5 Pullos and Vorenuses running around.

@Ragnar I don't use DeI, but I know that it adds in a lot of various Roman units and doesn't use the vanilla Legionaries, Veteran Legionaries, etc. so I don't think my reskins will show up. I could potentially make it DeI compatible in a future update.

Hi all - just published an update to this mod. See the description/screenshots for details, but Vorenus & Pullo have been added as officers to the First Cohort and Eagle Cohort units, along with new standards, tunics with the eagle design seen on the show, and more. A future update making this compatible with AAA Romans is in progress.

This is an absolutely brilliant idea!! Huge props to you for working on such a great idea for a mod so long into Rome 2's lifespan. I always rename my first army to Legio XIII Gemina and this just adds to that. :) Really excited to see where you go with it next- love the idea of a custom unit with Vorenus and Pullo!
