There is a huge benefit since all of the shared portions of the road files will be condensed down to use a single file among them, instead of each having a duplicate.

Thanks, finally found the road that is basically the same road as Network Extensions 2 uses but since that mod is absolute dog crap this is way better, the only point i have is the road icon in the roads section in game is way too big.
