I'm new to this so maybe you can do it?

there's nothing for me to fix. that mod has it's own versions of the l4d2 survivor lobby portraits. best you can do is change mod priority and have this one first so it will override the versions from that mod. or you can unpack the vpk, remove their version of the lobby portraits, and repack it. then you can have this mod and that one installed at the same time without conflict.
