Will this be updated?

It seems I only need to update tech level on the game engine, the features do not matter at all when developing the actual game. Is that correct? Game engine is more like a consumer products in this game?

Just fixed. The official Beta Release just automatically changed some definition inside the name generation files, just had to fix it and done, working again.

sorry for the break guys, looks like the code changed again. Since I was very busy last couple of weeks I dont had the oportunitie to see to give a look on it yet. But I will ASAP. It looks like a easy fix anyway.

yeah, something seems to changed after beta went to public from betas

for me the mod does not work with the beta

@CSI48 DRM unlock with 2000 network tech level, you also need a 3 stars network programmer and some server capacity. Check your research tab to see if some company already have unlocked 2000 network, if not, you will need to research and patent it first.

How do i protect my games with DRM ? I don't get it

There is a typo in Software Category -> Game -> Plataform Game. Should probably be platform game

Yeah thanks. I mean I didn't play them when they came out but games like Unreal Tournament (1999) and Diablo (1996) had internet multiplayer.

I will lower it to 1995 in the next update.

Can you lower the tech level needed for internet multiplayer in game engines to 1995 or something? It doesn't seem right that no game until the 2000s can do multi-player besides LAN.

@CSI48 Data mods only work when you start a new game, from there you can chose what mods you want to active in that playthrough. Maybe in the future the dev give an option to active mods in mid-game, but for now there is no way to that with data mods. You can check if the mod is installed correctly in the mod menu, there is a tab called “error”, if some mod is broken, it will show in there.

@Sky_Born_Dragon I'm planning from a long time for now to overhaul the hardware aspect of gaming, with new features to consoles, arcade machines, handled consoles, etc... But because it will be incompatible with mods that change the OS, probably I will release as a standalone add-on. Also, there will be a lot of changes in the next update that will bring more possibilities for the mod.

I mean it shows up in the 'Mods' in the main menu , but it does not have a activate Check.
