Out of curiosity, did you find the T-posed models of these somewhere on the interent/in some random .u file in the UT directory and then rigged them, or did you have to manually edit each player model into a T-pose due to the lack of T-pose animation for the mercs in the Botpack.u file?

I donwload the tf2 soldier playermodel and he was replaced by your unreal soldier.
Can you fix it by renaming your unreal soldier or something.
