@Patrick Sorry for the late reply, and ACEX has a requirement for the medical but I haven't used it with this mod. I have no problem running it with Backpack on chest and other mods that require the use of the interact. Anything that requires medical or advanced fatigue probably won't work with this mod.

when using this which of my ace3 mods do i need do deactivate ? or should i use this with all of the ace3 mods ?
