Just unsubscribed then resubscribed to double check, it's not showing up anywhere under the Workshop menu. Would love to play with these dudes.

I'm having some trouble with this, I hadn't seen any of these guys show up in my game so I went to my Mods.ini file and there's no OldTimerPopulationChance variable. I didn't see this show up in the Mods menu so I assumed that it would just be present in every game without having to enable it; so how would I go about that? Do I need to make the OldTimerPopulationChance variable myself?

Now all we need is children bystanders mod.
.. and give them guns too (depending on difficulty, like normal peds) to make things even more hilarious. ^^

@ryan_nunez_123 As it says next to the Subscribe button, you subscribe to it and it downloads. To activate it go to create a New Game then under the Workshop content section, select the maps/modifiers you want to use.
