Message for the author, why not add some kind of scary NPC to the map, at least in the form of a sprite like the same nextbot, only dumber, in order to give the player time to walk around the map, feel the atmosphere, well, or in order to have a chance to run away from the monster.

This is a pretty cool concept. gm_bigcity always had that eerie "Source Vibe" with the sounds of a bustling busy city but no one in sight, but the bright sunny day atmosphere kind of balanced that out into a very iconic and memorable map. Now with that gone, the map is actually pretty creepy. The "Source Vibe" the original map is famous for is still there, but now it's shrouded in a void so dark you cant see without the flashlight. The sounds of a lively city are gone, giving the feeling of a dead, empty city. The eerie vibe replaced by an unnerving feeling that something could be hiding in the dark, around any corner, watching you, waiting to strike at any moment. Overall, 9/10 map.
