BTW in case you did not know this already, the reason explosions may not be working for grenades and dynamite is because grenades have a different particle system than rpg's (but they are very similar) so if it helps, no prob, if it doesn't then forget i ever typed this.

if you dont want a fire efffect i suppose you could take it out of the particle mainfest txt. maybe that could help.

Id rather have NO fire effect since only gasoline explosions have fire.

fire particle meaning the main env_fire entitie

lua is loading the particle. there is just a conflict with the fire particle not showing. putting particles_manifest in the particles folder fixes the problem

You should use Lua to automaticaly load the particle. No need for the manifest file.
